Job summary

AG Consultancy & Apps Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager (S/4HANA) to own delivery across hybrid locations in Slough or Aberdeen. You’ll move beyond tracking to actively drive programme outcomes and client satisfaction.

You’ll lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programmes, manage multi-workstream delivery with onshore and offshore teams, and own budgets, resourcing, and forecasting. This role demands stakeholder influence, risk management, and a hands-on approach to successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP project delivery experience, ideally with S/4HANA.
• Experience leading full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Confidently manage senior stakeholders and steering committees.
• Strong commercial awareness across budgets and scope.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP delivery from initiation to go-live and beyond.
• Lead multi-workstream delivery across onshore/offshore teams.
• Be primary client contact, guiding escalation paths and governance.
• Own commercials including budgets, scope, and resourcing.
• Drive quality across testing, data, training, and cutover.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to delivery frameworks.

SAP PROJECT MANAGER (S/4HANA) – Hybrid Slough / Aberdeen

OWN THE DELIVERY, NOT JUST THE PLAN

We are continuing to grow our SAP Project Management team and are looking for another key person to join us.

Base location: Slough or Aberdeen, your choice, with hybrid working.

This isn’t a “track the timeline and send status reports” kind of PM role.

This is end-to-end ownership.

What you’ll be trusted with

• End-to-end ownership of SAP S/4HANA programmes, from initiation through to go-live and beyond
• Leading complex, multi-workstream delivery across onshore and offshore teams
• Being the key point of contact for clients, managing senior stakeholders, steering committees and escalation paths
• Owning the commercials including budgets, scope, resourcing and forecasting
• Driving quality across the full lifecycle including testing, data, training, cutover and go-live
• Managing risk properly, not just logging it but actively resolving it
• Getting involved in pre-sales, shaping proposals and making sure what’s sold can actually be delivered
• Improving how we deliver as a business, contributing to frameworks, governance and mentoring others
