Job summary

A leading IT consulting firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Mid-Senior level project manager to lead an SAP BTP migration project. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in SAP project management, with expertise in SAP BTP and cloud integration. This role requires strong stakeholder management and extensive knowledge of SAP integration services, ensuring compliance with best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Contract position available with competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

• 8 years of SAP project management experience with at least 2 years in SAP BTP or cloud integration projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP Integration Suite, API Management, Event Mesh, and related BTP services.
• Experience migrating from SAP PIPO or other middleware platforms to SAP BTP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end SAP BTP migration project including planning, execution, and post-migration support.
• Assess current integration landscape and catalog interfaces for migration.
• Develop and manage detailed migration roadmaps and timelines.
• Coordinate with SAP architects, integration consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee interface redesign, refactoring, and optimization for SAP BTP.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder communications, and governance reviews.
• Support operational readiness and post-migration monitoring.
