Accenture seeks an experienced SAP MM/Procurement Team Member to support SAP S/4HANA Procurement solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to design, configure, test, deploy, and stabilize procurement processes that enable efficient purchasing operations, compliance, and business value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA MM Procurement, with deep expertise in SAP Purchasing (MM‑PO).
• Proven experience configuring and supporting end-to-end procurement processes within SAP environments.
• Good understanding of integration with Finance, Inventory Management, Vendor Master, Budget Control, Workflow, and Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA MM Procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, RFQs, quotations, contracts, goods receipt, invoice verification, and procurement reporting.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, validate process designs, and align solutions with business objectives and SAP best practices.
• Prepare and review functional design documents, configuration documentation, test scripts, training materials, and deployment deliverables.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, defect management, regression testing, and cutover validation activities.
• Support integration across Finance, Inventory Management, Vendor Master, Budget Control, Workflow, and Reporting processes.
• Deliver user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and business readiness activities to support successful solution adoption.
• Assist with deployment planning, cutover preparation, data validation, hypercare support, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Analyze production issues, identify root causes, recommend solutions, and coordinate with technical teams on procurement-related enhancements and defect resolution, including RICEFW objects.

About the Role

In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to design, configure, test, deploy, and stabilize procurement processes that enable efficient purchasing operations, compliance, and business value realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA MM Procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, RFQs, quotations, contracts, goods receipt, invoice verification, and procurement reporting.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, validate process designs, and align solutions with business objectives and SAP best practices.

• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration programs.
• Understanding of approval workflows, procurement controls, budget checks, and compliance‑focused procurement processes.
• Experience working with technical teams on procurement‑related RICEFW objects, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
• Knowledge of Public Sector procurement processes and requirements.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a collaborative project environment.
