Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a SAP IBP Senior Manager (Big 4) to lead end-to-end SAP IBP design and delivery across UK operations, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA across Supply Chain and Finance.

You will guide planning capabilities (Demand, Supply, S&OP), engage C-level stakeholders, oversee governance, and drive profitability through transformation programmes in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing integrated planning and execution solutions.
• Experience leading SAP IBP implementations for major clients.
• Experience with SAP IBP integration with SAP S/4HANA/ECC using BTP, CPI & APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IBP solutions across UK operations.
• Design and optimise planning capabilities (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory Optimisation).
• Lead executive workshops, define transformation roadmaps, advise on trade-offs and ROI.
• Oversee governance, quality assurance, team leadership, and commercial delivery.
