A leading water company in the UK is seeking an experienced SAP HR Functional Consultant to enhance HR processes through configuring SuccessFactors modules. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, ensuring systems meet quality requirements, and providing ongoing support post-implementation. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in project management and Agile methodologies. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £70,000 per annum and includes generous benefits.

As a SAP HR Functional Consultant, you will bring expertise in process analysis, process and system design, systems development, configuration, testing, implementation, and training.
You will support Projects and Product Teams to guide delivery, ensure solutions and specifications meet our quality requirements, and ultimately deliver the technology roadmap to support digital transformation. In addition, you will work closely with the Business Stakeholders to limit the customisation only to those that are differentiating and adopt best practice processes in those that are not.
