Here at DXC Technology we continue to grow our SAP practice. We are seeking an SAP HCM Talent Management Lead to design and deliver talent processes in SAP HCM. This role covers performance management, succession planning, learning, recruitment, and career development, enabling organisations to build workforce capability and align talent strategies with business growth.
You will work closely with HR leadership, L&D, and business stakeholders to implement talent processes using SAP HCM modules. The role ensures integration with Core HR and Payroll, while delivering analytics and reporting to support data‑driven workforce decisions.
Due to the nature of our clients work we can only consider sole British Nationals that have lived and worked in the UK consecutively for the past 5 years, unfortunately we are unable to consider dual nationals currently.
