Here at DXC we continue to grow our SAP practice. We are seeking an SAP HCM Compensation Management Lead to design and deliver compensation processes within SAP HCM. This role focuses on annual salary reviews, merit increases, bonus management, and long-term incentives, ensuring compliance with corporate reward policies and seamless integration with Payroll and Finance. You will partner with HR Reward, Finance, and senior business stakeholders to deliver annual and ad-hoc compensation cycles. The role involves configuring SAP Compensation Management, establishing workflows and approvals, and ensuring accurate calculation, budgeting, and payment of compensation. You will play a key part in enabling fair, auditable, and compliant reward processes within a secure HCM landscape.
