A global technology firm in the UK is seeking an SAP HCM Compensation Management Lead to drive compensation processes within SAP HCM. You will be responsible for configuring compensation management, managing approvals and budgeting, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. Here at DXC we continue to grow our SAP practice. We are seeking an SAP HCM Compensation Management Lead to design and deliver compensation processes within SAP HCM. This role focuses on annual salary reviews, merit increases, bonus management, and long‑term incentives, ensuring compliance with corporate reward policies and seamless integration with Payroll and Finance.
Due to the nature of our client accounts Security Clearance is required and for us to obtain this for you, you must be a British National and have resided and worked in the UK continuously for the last 5 years. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider dual nationals currently.
You will partner with HR Reward, Finance, and senior business stakeholders to deliver annual and ad‑hoc compensation cycles. The role involves configuring SAP Compensation Management, establishing workflows and approvals, and ensuring accurate calculation, budgeting, and payment of compensation. You will play a key part in enabling fair, auditable, and compliant reward processes within a secure HCM landscape.
