The successful candidate will lead SAP SD configuration, document business processes, and ensure integration with other modules. Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant on multiple full life cycle implementations.

• Hands-on configuration experience in ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• SC Clearance (or eligibility to obtain).

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant specialising in Sales & Distribution (SD) to join a large-scale transformation programme with one of our key government sector engagements.

The successful consultant will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, configuring SAP SD solutions, and ensuring smooth integration with related modules such as MM and FI. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and deliver robust end-to-end SAP SD solutions within ECC or S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and functional design for SAP SD covering order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and customer master data.


• Analyse and document business processes, define requirements, and produce key artefacts such as blueprints, functional specs, test scripts, and training materials.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across logistics modules.


• Support testing, data migration, and go-live activities.


• Provide post-implementation functional support and issue resolution.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant on multiple full life cycle implementations.


• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and SD integration points with MM and FI.


• Hands-on configuration experience in ECC and/or S/4HANA.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable

• Experience within secure, defence, or government environments.
