Job summary

Choosing Capgemini in Cardiff seeks a seasoned SAP Finance Lead to drive S/4HANA finance transformation for global clients. You will spearhead pre-sales, develop business cases, and guide delivery governance across large-scale engagements.

You will coordinate with regional teams, lead POC efforts, and contribute to shaping our SAP Finance offerings. A strong background in Treasury/FSCM, FPSL, and PaPM is advantageous.

Our Global Clients are embarking on Business led Enterprise SAP S4 Transformation and we aim to be the strategic partners of choice in this journey. YOUR PROFILE

You have a passion to work with clients, bringing their business ambitions to life with SAP S/4HANA, leveraging your sector, business domain and SAP S4 Hana expertise. You are a key player in large S/4HANA transformation programmes for global customers (team size of 50+ people). You are proactive in understanding clients' business issues and can pitch value propositions to address them. You have Hands on experience in pre-sales processes and understand the process for bid responses.

The CoE is the deal shaping pre-sales and go-to-market leading team in charge of shaping and selling our Business Transformation offers across all Regions (Americas Europe APAC). You are proactive in understanding client business issues and can pitch value propositions to address them. You have Hands on experience in pre-sales processes and understand the process for bid responses. You can do client presentations, lead POC developments, and lead RFP responses. You have worked on Delivery projects as Solution Architect or in Project governance roles (as Engagement Manager or Engagement Director).

You master and excel in SAP Finance area including at least 5 years' experience in S/4HANA Finance. Expertise in modules such as Treasury (FSCM), SAP FPSL, SAP PaPM will be a plus.
