Job summary

Yadimen Consultancy Ltd. seeks an experienced SAP CO Transformation Consultant to support a global manufacturing client in the UK. The role is a day-rate contract with hybrid work in London, starting 10 November 2026, at GBP 400 per day inside IR35.

You will lead costing, material ledger and controlling activities, align with FI/MM/PP/SD, and drive design decisions in a multi-company programme. English language required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP CO within manufacturing environments.
• Led at least one S/4HANA CO conversion/implementation with design ownership.
• Strong experience in product costing, material ledger and period-end close.
• Working understanding of the Universal Journal and its impact on controlling.
• Experience running workshops with finance users to explain design choices.
• Comfort working hybrid in a programme with multiple companies.

Responsibilities

• Product costing for manufacturing, including cost estimates, components, WIP and variances.
• Material ledger and actual costing, including period-end close.
• Cost centre and profit centre accounting; allocations and internal reporting.
• Margin analysis on S/4HANA and margin reporting for finance.
• Integrate with FI, MM, PP and SD so postings land in controlling.
• Design workshops and fit-gap with finance controllers and plant teams.
• Prepare functional specs for build team with integration, development and test leads.
• Plan tests and resolve defects through integration and UAT.
• Data migration checks and cutover for controlling, including open orders and inventory values.
