Lead business analysis across multiple initiatives, delivering clear requirements for software and cloud solutions.
Translate business needs into UI designs, data models, and process changes.
Apply requirements engineering with elicitation, validation, documentation, and traceability.
Define AS-IS and TO-BE processes with gap analysis for improvements.
Maintain stakeholder relationships to support delivery and change management.
Support UAT to ensure solutions meet requirements and deliver value.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
