Atos Group is seeking a seasoned SAP Development Consultant to lead R&D projects focused on SAP BTP, SAP AI foundations and related Agile delivery. You will manage a small development team, collaborate with architecture, and demonstrate strong communication with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on SAP BTP work, delivering AI agents across client engagements and contributing to rapid co-innovation initiatives within a global leader in digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as an SAP Development Consultant.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tooling.
• At least 5 full SAP BTP implementations.
• Developed at least 5 custom SAP AI agents.
• Certified SAP BTP, SAP Business AI.
• Certified in at least 1 other SAP discipline - functional, technical or PM.
• Excellent written and oral communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage one of the R&D projects with a small team (<10 developers) from multiple locations.
• Work with the Architect Lead to ensure best practice adoption and to innovate new developments.
• Actively engage with customer stakeholders, prepare demos and supporting content.
• Be prepared to work on short customer projects to support customer co-innovation.

Responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions using the SAP Business Technology Platform. Reporting to the BTP Architect Lead, he/she will be responsible for at least one of the 4 R&D projects currently approved and budgeted for. The main focus of development will the based on SAP Business AI, SAP AI Foundation and BTP. Atos is developing 100s of agents for a number of scenarios including, but not limited to Business Transformation Management, Migration/Conversion, Upgrades, Carve Outs and Support Services. Development will be Agile and will require excellent knowledge and experience of Agile methodologies, Jira and other Agile tooling including SAP.

Key Requirements

• At least 10 years experience as an SAP Development Consultant
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tooling
• At least 5 full SAP BTP implementations.
• Developed at least 5 custom SAP AI agents
• Certified SAP BTP, SAP Business AI
• Certified in at least 1 other SAP discipline - can be functional or technical or project management
• Excellent written and oral communications
