Job summary

Elanco in Hook/Speke UK is seeking a SAP Architect - Logistics to lead global logistics processes within the ERP team. You will partner with process stakeholders to implement and maintain SAP logistics capabilities and ensure scalable solutions.

The role covers warehouse inbound/outbound, inventory, transportation management, and 3PL integrations. Strong experience with SAP MM, S4/HANA and GTS is preferred, with ability to translate complex business needs into simple, actionable designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, informatics or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years designing and configuring logistic processes.
• Proven expertise in Transportation Management, Warehouse and Inventory.
• Knowledge of integration with MM, QM, MFG and with 3PL/S4.
• Experience with LSPs in designing and maintaining integrations.
• Experience creating requirement specs from architecture/design detailing of business processes.
• Experience in development/configuration/validation and deployment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple language.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall SAP architecture related to logistics processes (inbound/outbound, inventory, transportation).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, partners, and AMS providers to enable outcomes and maintain SAP functionality.
• Design and develop new solutions to support business growth with clear documentation.
• Provide ongoing support and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Train key-users and support post go-live activities and system enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to Global SAP design and participate in architecture reviews.
• Maintain awareness of regional compliance for warehousing and transportation.
• Travel to sites/affiliates to ensure successful implementations and use.
