Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a cheerful Christmas Elf to create a magical experience for visitors at a mall in Tees Valley. Responsibilities include welcoming families, assisting with Santa’s grotto, and ensuring a festive atmosphere. Qualifications

• Enhanced Child DBS required.
• Must be available for the full festive period.
• Previous customer service or performance experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome families and children to Santa’s grotto with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assist with queue management and ensure a smooth visitor experience.
• Help children feel comfortable during their visit with Santa.
• Support Santa with gift distribution and photo sessions.

• Saturday 6th December 10am–3:30pm
• Sunday 7th December 10am–3:30pm
• Saturday 13th December 10am–3:30pm
• Sunday 14th December 10am–3:30pm
• Saturday 20th December 10am–3:30pm
• Sunday 21st December 10am–3:30pm

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and cheerful individual to join our festive team as a Christmas Elf! You will help create a magical experience for visitors, assist Santa in his grotto, and spread holiday cheer throughout the mall.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome families and children to Santa’s grotto with warmth and enthusiasm
• Assist with queue management and ensure a smooth visitor experience
• Help children feel comfortable during their visit with Santa
• Support Santa with gift distribution and photo sessions
• Maintain a festive atmosphere and uphold health & safety standards
• Engage with visitors in a friendly and professional manner
