Job summary

Kainos in Belfast is seeking an AI learning solutions specialist who can work hands-on with Sana implementations and related Workday integrations. You will partner with clients to understand their challenges and translate them into practical, scalable learning outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end engagements, drive adoption, and help clients transform how they learn and work through AI-enabled learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Sana, including implementation, configuration or customer delivery.
• Experience working with Workday, ideally within a consulting, delivery or customer-facing role.
• A naturally curious mindset, with a passion for learning and emerging technologies, particularly AI.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.
• A focus on delivering high-quality outcomes, balancing client needs and commercial considerations.
