We are looking for a highly motivated, friendly and professional Front of House and Salon Manager to join our team!

An ideal candidate must have previous salon experience or relevant hospitality experience and share our passion for outstanding customer service. We continuously strive to create an atmosphere that is welcoming, pampering, friendly, and professional.

Main Responsibilities
  • Managing Salon Operations:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, including front-of-house responsibilities and managing the salon team.
  • Manage and develop a team of stylists, receptionists, and support team.
  • Coordinate the team’s schedules to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
  • Greet guests warmly, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from the moment they enter the salon.
  • Handle large volumes of inquiries and bookings via phone, email, Instagram, and in person.
  • Ensure guests receive the high levels of customer service they expect from the salon.
  • Salon Team Collaboration:
  • Ensure that all staff members are regularly meeting their targets and provide support for continuous professional development.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions to keep the team motivated.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director and salon owner.
  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Manage stockholding, inventory, and purchase orders to ensure adequate supply levels.
  • Ensure the salon remains clean, organized, and aligned with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the staff rota to ensure proper shift coverage and operational efficiency.
  • Marketing:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services and products.
  • Utilise booking software and client data to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Create engaging content for the salon's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to attract new clients and maintain the engagement of existing ones.

  • Highly organized, able to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping people.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when necessary.
  • Cooperative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

  • Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to take on a diverse range of tasks to support the team.
  • Proven management skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and needs within the salon environment.
  • Strong decision‑making abilities, able to manage multiple priorities and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Experience in managing staff rota, training, and performance reviews.
  • Experience required 2 years in social media.
