Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the salon.
• Work to achieve profit targets.
• Manage team behaviour and performance per policies.
• Maintain staffing levels with rostering and absence management.
• Promote high standards and continuous improvement among staff.
• Ensure salons are stocked from diverse sources; monitor stock.
• Provide administrative support to Head Office.
