Serenity Loves Hair & Beauty in Peterborough seeks a Salon General Manager – Hair, Team & Education to lead day-to-day operations, motivate a 16-strong team and develop apprentices. You’ll balance hands-on hairdressing with strong leadership, commercial performance and close collaboration with the owner to grow this established independent salon.

You’ll maintain a smaller client column while delivering exceptional service, driving rebooking and retail, and shaping the salon culture for ongoing

Qualifications

• Understand professional hairdressing, commercially aware, capable of leading people and developing others.
• Significant salon-floor experience with leadership or management ability.
• Comfortable managing performance, targets and KPIs, with difficult conversations when needed.
