Job summary

Be Personnel is recruiting Production Operatives for MOWI in Fort William. You will work in a fast-paced seafood processing environment, producing salmon to customer specifications.

Hours are 06:00–18:30 on a 2-2-3 rotation. Benefits include £14.13–£14.52 per hour, weekly pay, free tea and coffee, an on-site canteen (£1 meals), training and the chance to grow within the company. This role is temporary.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food processing environment preferred; training available for other industries.
• Be reliable and punctual with an excellent work ethic.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must have physical capability due to manual nature of the work.
• Be flexible with working hours as shifts can change.

Responsibilities

• Process fresh salmon in line with customer specifications.
• Work in a fast-paced production environment and meet targets.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain hygiene and quality standards on the line.
