Job summary

A fish processing company in the United Kingdom is looking for a candidate who can perform quality control while trimming smoked salmon fillets and working on a conveyor belt. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and be a team player. Training will be provided for those with no previous experience in fish food processing.

• Use equipment provided to carefully trim smoked salmon fillets, ensuring removal of skin, bones, brown meat and discoloured or excess parts
• Work efficiently on a conveyor belt system, meeting production speed and accuracy targets
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in line with Health & Safety and Hygiene regulations

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience of working as part of a team
• Previous experience in fish food processing (Desirable but no essential as training will be provided)
• Ability to work in a chilled environment for extended periods
