FatFace Limited in Salisbury is seeking a Store Crew Team Lead on a permanent, part-time basis. The role is 20 hours per week, with shifts on weekdays and weekends, and a fixed hourly rate of £13.05 to ensure equitable pay for all colleagues.

You will lead the store crew, support daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and help create a welcoming, inclusive shopping environment that reflects FatFace’s values and mission.
