Ernest Gordon Recruitment seeks a Salesforce Systems Trainer in Lutterworth to train staff on the effective use and benefits of Salesforce systems and to drive automation and value across the business.

In a hybrid role with 2 days in the office, you will own CRM workflows, troubleshoot issues, and help expand Salesforce usage across departments while ensuring security and data governance best practices are followed.

In this role you will be in charge of training staff members of the effective use and benefits of using the Salesforce systems, help trouble shoot different issues and identify different areas where the system could add value to different departments.

The ideal candidate will be based in or around Lutterworth, an ability to train staff members on the benefits of Salesforce systems with a Salesforce qualification or equivalent.

This role:

• Takes full strategic ownership of a business-critical CRM and Partner platform.
• Designs, tests, and deploys scalable automated workflows using complex Salesforce Flows.
• Configures custom architecture, unique data models, and sandboxes for release cycles.
• Manages user profiles, role hierarchies, and advanced platform security compliance.
• Builds advanced operational reporting dashboards to track international pipeline health.
