Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to influence digital transformation within the Public Sector and Energy & Utilities domains. This role requires over 12 years of CRM experience, including hands-on expertise with PSS Cloud. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, leading workshops and guiding clients through complex transformation journeys. Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential. You’ll significantly shape how organizations operate and strategize using Salesforce technologies.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of CRM experience, including 3+ years in Public Sector or Energy & Utilities.
  • Hands-on expertise with PSS Cloud (GDS understanding is a plus).
  • Detail-driven with a passion for learning new tech, models, and concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for customers.
  • Lead business process innovation workshops.
  • Drive business process redesign and multi-cloud integration strategy.
  • Guide customers in leveraging the Salesforce 360 Platform.

What Youll Do
  • Act as a Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for our customers
  • Provide thought leadership across Public Sector and Energy & Utilities
  • Lead business process innovation workshops
  • Drive business process redesign, roadmap creation, and multi-cloud integration strategy
  • Assess customer requirements and co-create a future‑ready vision
  • Shape target architecture, transition plans, and solution roadmaps
  • Guide customers in leveraging the Salesforce 360 Platform
  • Help build CRM strategies that deliver both quick wins and long‑term impact
  • Work with architects, project teams, and partners to refine solution details
  • Review designs, flag risks early, and ensure architectural excellence
  • Stay ahead of Salesforce and industry trends
