Job summary

Steadman Brown are partnered with a new Salesforce customer embarking on a complete digital transformation and implementing Salesforce across the business. The Solution Architect will bridge gaps between the Platform lead, Senior Developers and delivery team, designing Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and collaborating with the Lead Developer to design technical solutions.

This multi-year programme will cover core clouds as well as Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Slack, Tableau,

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate Business requirements to technical Salesforce solutions.
• Able to work with the technical teams to design technical solutions, including integrations.
• Have a solid understanding of Salesforce's capabilities.
• Ability show guidance to more junior members of the team.
• Be able to identify when Salesforce needs to move to custom solutions.
• Have designed Salesforce solutions within a complex environment previously.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders, Head of Departments and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Own the Salesforce architectural roadmap.
• Collaborate with leadership and the Salesforce delivery team.
• Stay up to date with new Salesforce features, and industry trends.
• Present Salesforce demos / POCs to the business.
• Provide Salesforce guidance to the functional team members whilst pushing Salesforce best practice.
• Lead and hold workshops with key stakeholders and other key members of the team.
• Push back on requirements when needed.
• Prepare the Architectural blueprints for Salesforce solutions across the platform.

They are a UK founded organisation that has built a great reputation and now have offices up and down the UK with almost two thousand professionals.

As the Solution Architect you will bridge the gap between the Platform lead, Senior Developers and delivery team. You will be designing Salesforce solutions based on the business requirements and working with the Lead Developer to design technical Solutions also. This will be a multi year programme implementing core clouds as well as Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Slack, Tableau, MuleSoft, Agentforce and Data360.

Key Responsibilities:
