Job summary

A&O Shearman is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to join our IT Team, based in the Belfast office. The role requires autonomous collaboration with stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption, improvements, and governance across the Salesforce platform.

You will own the Peerpoint Salesforce roadmap, manage backlog, and lead end-to-end administration, configurations, and integrations, including flows, validation rules, reports and data quality standards, while coordinating with vendors and IT

Qualifications

• 3+ years solid Salesforce Administration experience
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Experience with Platform & PSA
• Business analysis: gathering user requirements and analysis
• Ability to build fields, custom objects, processes and complex reports

Responsibilities

• Own the Peerpoint Salesforce roadmap and backlog, translating business goals into a quarterly delivery plan.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce administration and configuration (users, access, layouts, fields, validation, security).
• Act as product owner for enhancements and projects across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prioritise and deliver changes with controlled releases, ensuring testing and documentation.
