Job summary

CPL in London is seeking an experienced Senior Product Analyst / Business Analyst to join a CRM transformation programme in a heavily regulated financial services environment. Hybrid work in London with an initial 6-month contract and likely extension.

You will lead Salesforce CRM and API integration efforts, collaborating with business stakeholders, architects and development teams to deliver scalable solutions in a complex regulatory context.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong Salesforce CRM experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Experience with API-led integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, MuleSoft or similar).
• CRM transformation and enterprise integration experience.
• Financial Services, Regulatory or Public Sector experience is highly desirable.

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Product Analyst / Business Analyst to join a major CRM transformation programme with a leading organisation in the financial services/regulatory sector.

Location: Hybrid – London

Contract: Initial 6 months (likely extension)

We're looking for someone with:
