Overview

ONISTE ONCE A WEEK IN LONDON, INSIDE IR35

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions with Sales, Field, and Quality teams to understand current challenges and improvement areas.
• Configure Salesforce Maps, including:
• Route optimisation & mobile routing
• Territory Planning & balancing
• Proximity searches, boundary layers, and geo-fencing
• Visit frequency rules & schedule optimisation
• Location-based automation and rule-based visit planning
• Define criteria to identify high-priority accounts using:
• Sales attributes
• Geography/region/coverage
• Promotional windows
• Field performance data
• Enhance and fine-tune the routing engine for efficiency (time-based, cost-based, and constraint-based routing).
• Set up dashboards and reporting for territory efficiency, visit cadence, SLA adherence, and route performance.
• Support integration between Salesforce Maps and Sales Cloud objects (Accounts, Visits, Opportunities, Tasks).
• Provide training to field teams on Maps mobile app usage, routes, and visit planning.
• Collaborate with business teams to extend Maps usage for Quality or Audit teams.
• Document configurations, solution design, and operational guidelines.

• Ability to design solutions without heavy code (declarative-first approach).
• Familiarity with Salesforce mobile configuration.

Business/Functional Skills

• Field Sales/Trade Sales/Merchandising process understanding.
• Ability to translate business priorities (eg, promotional periods) into geo based visit rules.
• Strong analytical skills to model territories and visit patterns.
• Workshop facilitation, requirement gathering, and documentation.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
• GIS tools (ArcGIS, Esri, shape files, geospatial enrichment)
