  • Oversee environment refreshes, access controls, and data integrity between environments.
  • Coordinate integrations with related systems such as MuleSoft, SmartComm, Genesys and other cloud-based tools.
  • Monitor performance and proactively identify issues before they affect delivery.
  • Work with developers, testers, and DevOps to automate and optimise environment usage.
  • Partner with stakeholders to manage priorities and communicate status clearly.
  • Champion good practice around environment governance, compliance, and operational resilience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience managing Salesforce environments within large or multi-org setups.
  • Experience of Financial Services Cloud
  • Good understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and architecture.
  • Strong coordination skills and attention to detail in fast-moving delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and automation tools (e.g. Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps).
  • Confident working with multiple delivery teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in a regulated industry or complex IT landscape is desirable.
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to release management or deployment processes.
  • Experience with test data management, masking, or compliance frameworks.
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or similar).
  • Broader experience with cloud applications such as MuleSoft, Genesys, SmartComm.
