We're Hiring: Senior Salesforce Developer (Omnistudio / SFI Insurance Cloud)

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

Senior-Level (5+ Years)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Developer with strong hands‑on expertise across Salesforce Industries (SFI) Insurance Cloud and Omnistudio to join a high‑performing project team. If you thrive in complex environments and love delivering high‑quality, scalable solutions this is for you.

What You'll Work On

• You'll be the technical expert across Salesforce Industries, delivering end‑to‑end solutions and guiding teams across:
• Omnistudio (DataRaptor, FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, SFIDX)
• Insurance Cloud (Product Admin, Quoting, Policy Admin, Contract & Enroll, FNOL, Claims)
• Salesforce Clouds (Experience, Service, Financial Services)
• Ratings Engine & SFI components
• Full SDLC: requirements > design > configuration > development > testing > deployment
• Leading client workshops, whiteboard sessions & technical discussions
• Providing mentorship to onshore/offshore team members
• Ensuring technical quality, feasibility, and best practices across projects
• Contributing to knowledge shares, internal communities, and solution libraries

What You Bring

• 8+ years of project experience (packaged software or custom dev)
• 5+ years in a technical leadership role
• 3+ years Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, APIs, Triggers)
• 2+ years as SFI Tech Lead (Insurance Cloud)
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
• Ability to guide customers toward scalable, standard‑first solutions
• Excellent communication from email clarity to leading high‑level client sessions

Required Certifications / Skills

• SFI certifications (Comms/Utilities/Insurance/Health Cloud)
• Salesforce Service & Experience Cloud
• Salesforce Admin / PD1 / PD2 (preferred)
• SFI Platform Developer / Consultant
• CPQ certification (SFI CPQ / Salesforce CPQ / Apttus CPQ)
• Financial Services Cloud certification
• Insurance domain knowledge is a big plus
