We're looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join an ambitious digital transformation journey. If you're passionate about CRM innovation and building smart, scalable solutions, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, reusable Salesforce components.
• Build integrations with external systems (eg, e-signature tools, HR/financial platforms, authentication services) using REST/SOAP APIs and Middleware.
• Work in an Agile environment alongside architects, analysts, Scrum Masters, and fellow developers.
• Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to code reviews.
• Stay current with the Salesforce ecosystem and champion best practices.
• Communicate solutions clearly and gather feedback from stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM development and Salesforce administration.
• Strong grounding in OOP, Git, Jira, software design patterns, and OpenAPI.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Java/.NET, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with data modelling, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Salesforce certifications are a strong asset.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a drive to learn.
