Job summary

360 Resourcing Solutions is recruiting a Salesforce Developer for a Housing Association client in Southeast London. The role involves developing, integrating, testing and maintaining Salesforce features, with two days onsite per week and remaining days remote.

You will work closely with business, IT and scrum teams to translate user stories into high-quality Salesforce solutions that support service delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce development experience including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows and process automation skills.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model: permission sets, sharing rules, roles and profiles.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and end-to-end Salesforce project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate user stories into functional Salesforce solutions in line with best practices.
• Develop, integrate, test and maintain features across Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Contact Centre.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape technical design and implementation plans.
• Carry out unit, integration and performance testing and resolve issues identified.
• Support day-to-day Salesforce operations including user access, security, objects, fields, workflows, and integrations.

Salesforce Developer -£ - SE London - 2 days a week onsite

My client is a leading Housing Association who provide some of the most affordable homes in London and the South East and offer a wide range of support to the community. Due to exciting growth we are looking to recruit for a Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining existing and new features in the company Salesforce and Contact Centre platform. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with business representatives, IT colleagues and scrum teams to translate user stories into high-quality Salesforce solutions that support effective service delivery and continuous improvement.

On a daily basis the Salesforce Developer will be responsible for:

• Translate user stories into functional, scalable Salesforce solutions in line with Salesforce best practice.
• Develop, integrate, test and maintain features across Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and the Contact Centre platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape technical design, requirements, limitations and implementation plans.
• Carry out unit, integration and performance testing, investigating and resolving issues identified during testing.
• Support day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user access, security, custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, Apex and integrations.

To be considered for the role of Salesforce Developer you should have experience

• Proven Salesforce development experience, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong technical capability in Apex development, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows and process automation.
• A solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including permission sets, sharing rules, roles and profiles.
• Experience of CI/CD tools, deployment processes and end-to-end Salesforce project delivery.
