Job summary

The Hyde Group is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and the Contact Centre platform. You will translate user stories, implement Apex, LWC, flows and integrations, and ensure security and high-quality delivery.

This hybrid London-based role (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) offers strong pension, generous holiday and a supportive environment focused on learning and career development.

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce development experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong Apex development, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows and process automation skills.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (permissions, sharing rules, roles, profiles).
• Experience with CI/CD tools, deployment processes and end-to-end Salesforce projects.
• Ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate user stories into scalable Salesforce solutions following best practices.
• Develop, integrate, test and maintain features across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Contact Centre platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape technical design, requirements, and implementation plans.
• Carry out unit, integration and performance testing; resolve issues found during testing.
• Support day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user access, security, custom objects, fields, workflows and integrations.

Job description

Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven Salesforce development experience, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong technical capability in Apex development, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and process automation.
• A solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including permission sets, sharing rules, roles, and profiles.
• Experience of CI/CD tools, deployment processes, and end-to-end Salesforce project delivery.
• The ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, communicate technical information clearly, and contribute proactively within scrum teams.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications would be preferred.
• Experience with Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud would be beneficial but is not essential.
