MPLC is recruiting for a Senior Salesforce focused developer to build and enhance our core CRM and business applications. You will own the design and implementation of automation, integrations and scalable solutions within Salesforce, helping modernise MPLC's platform and enable AI-enabled capabilities.

You will work closely with operations and partners, delivering well-documented, tested solutions that improve processes and value.

Qualificações

• Requires solid Salesforce development experience (Apex, Flow, LWC).
• Experience with APIs, integrations and automation platforms.

The Role in Two Bullet Points

• Build and enhance MPLC's core business applications, primarily within Salesforce, delivering automation, integrations and scalable business solutions.
• Help modernise MPLC's technology platform through well-designed development, APIs, AI-enabled capabilities and strong engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• This isn't a role for someone who wants to focus solely on one platform or technology.
• You'll often work from high-level outcomes rather than detailed specifications.
• We're rebuilding key business systems, so you'll help shape future solutions rather than maintain established ones.
• Success requires balancing speed, quality and business value.

Reporting to the Head of Business Applications, you'll play a key role in rebuilding MPLC's core CRM and business processes. You'll develop solutions across Salesforce, low-code platforms, integrations and APIs, helping create a simpler and more efficient quote-to-cash journey for a global licensing business. Working closely with operational teams and development partners, you'll build solutions that are documented, tested and deployed through proper controls. You'll also contribute to exposing business capabilities through APIs so both people and AI tools can interact with MPLC's systems effectively.

Benefits

• Salary band: £55,000–£90,000 depending on experience.
