A leading retail business in the UK seeks an experienced Salesforce Consultant to refine and optimize their Salesforce platform. This fully remote contract role requires proven Salesforce experience on enterprise-scale projects, particularly in retail. The consultant will engage stakeholders, create documentation, and ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant on enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience working in retail or other high-volume B2C environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and refine Salesforce requirements.
