Job summary

A leading retail business is seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to refine and optimize their Salesforce platform. The role involves engaging with stakeholders, writing documentation, and troubleshooting. Ideal candidates will have experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, as well as strong communication skills. This is a fully remote contract opportunity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant on enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience working in retail or other high-volume B2C environments.

As part of a fast-moving transformation programme, we’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant to help refine, configure, and optimise the platform, ensuring it’s fully aligned with evolving business needs.

This is a delivery-focused contract role, perfect for someone who can hit the ground running and work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams in a fully remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:
