Job summary

A leading retail business is seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant for a fully remote contract role. The successful candidate will refine, configure, and optimize the Salesforce platform to align with business needs. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, creating documentation, and supporting testing. Proven Salesforce consultant experience and expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud required.

As part of a fast-moving transformation programme, we’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant to help refine, configure, and optimise the platform, ensuring it’s fully aligned with evolving business needs.

This is a delivery-focused contract role, perfect for someone who can hit the ground running and work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams in a fully remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and refine Salesforce requirements
• Advise on best practice within the Salesforce ecosystem to maximise ROI
• Create and maintain functional documentation and solution designs
• Support testing cycles and troubleshoot configuration issues
• Collaborate with developers and admins to ensure seamless delivery
• Provide knowledge transfer and light training to end-users where needed

Required Experience/Skills:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant on enterprise-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience working in retail or other high-volume B2C environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines in a remote setup
• Salesforce certifications (Consultant, Administrator, or equivalent) preferred
