We’re working with a leading retail business embarking on the next stage of their Salesforce journey. As part of a fast-moving transformation programme, we’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant to help refine, configure, and optimise the platform, ensuring it’s fully aligned with evolving business needs.

This is a delivery-focused contract role, perfect for someone who can hit the ground running and work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams in a fully remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and refine Salesforce requirements
  • Advise on best practice within the Salesforce ecosystem to maximise ROI
  • Create and maintain functional documentation and solution designs
  • Support testing cycles and troubleshoot configuration issues
  • Collaborate with developers and admins to ensure seamless delivery
