Join the Client Fulfilment team within Commodities and Global Markets, where we partner with sales teams and leadership across all product lines in EMEA. Our team is dedicated to shaping client strategy through data‑driven insights and streamlined workflows, ensuring that our sales teams are empowered to deliver exceptional results. As part of the Central division, we play a pivotal role in supporting business priorities and enabling efficient operations through effective platform management.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in the advertised location.

What role will you play?

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you are the key point of contact for Salesforce platform support, managing daily operations, monitoring data integrity, and optimising workflows to drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to understand their business needs, document requirements, and support the delivery of platform enhancements. Your role will have a direct impact on the success of our sales teams by enabling efficient use of Salesforce, improving data quality, and providing actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making across EMEA.
