Job summary

Steadman Brown is seeking a Salesforce Architect with experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals to own the architectural roadmap and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will liaise with stakeholders and delivery teams, stay ahead of Salesforce features, and present demos to executives while guiding technical teams on integrations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Prior project experience within Life Sciences, Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals industries.
• Proven experience designing multi-cloud solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate Business requirements to technical Salesforce solutions.
• Able to work with the technical teams to design technical solutions, including integrations.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with business stakeholders and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Own the Salesforce architectural roadmap.
• Collaborate with leadership and the Salesforce delivery team.
• Stay up to date with new Salesforce features, and industry trends.
• Present Salesforce demos / POCs to the business.
• Provide Salesforce guidance to the functional and technical team members whilst promoting Salesforce best practice.
• Design complex technical solutions, including data integration, APIs, automation and third party platforms.
