Job description

Our client, a well-respected Estate Agent, is looking for an experienced Valuer to join their team in the Leighton Buzzard area.

You will be given the flexibility to work from home, manage your own diary, and provide an end-to-end service for your customers from valuation to the completion of the sale.

The key objective will be to generate valuation leads, attend valuations, and win new instructions. This must be achieved while maintaining the highest standard of customer service.

Working hours:

1. Monday to Friday
2. Saturdays on a rota basis
3. Work from home

Our clients are offering the successful Sales Valuer:

1. Up to £27,500 basic

Key responsibilities of a Sales Valuer include, but are not limited to:

4. Building relationships and being the customer's key point of contact throughout the sales process
5. This role is similar to a self-employed position but under full employment
