A leading cosmetics company in Nottingham seeks an experienced S&OP Manager to maintain the governance of the Sales and Operations Planning process, drive continuous improvement and efficiently manage meetings. Candidates must have a relevant degree and at least 10 years of experience in Finance, Commercial, or Supply Chain planning. Strong facilitation skills and business acumen are essential, along with the ability to link Supply Chain performance to financial outcomes. In the Supply Chain team at No7 Beauty Company we delight our customer with excellent availability of products whilst managing a highly efficient operating model to maximise value for the Boots Group. We manage the flow of products from supplier through to customers across the globe and through our insights, data and stewardship we help the organisation to create and execute the plans that deliver financial success.
The No7 Beauty Company uses S&OP to provide the governance process that enables us to set targets, to monitor performance against these targets, to identify risks and opportunities and to drive actions that enable us to deliver our plans.
S&OP is visible in the form of a series of monthly meetings that review historic / future performance and helps to drive alignment across business functions on the tangible actions required to achieve the plan.

Whilst this role does not own the actions that drive business performance it does own the governance process that identifies and targets these actions to appropriate stakeholders.
