A leading online learning platform is seeking a Sales Training Lead to enhance the skills of its Sales and Partner teams. This role involves designing training programs to boost sales performance while collaborating with various departments. About The Role
The Sales Training Lead will play a key role in how Moodle builds the skills and confidence of its global Sales and Partner teams. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, you'll design and deliver training that helps our teams uncover customer needs, tell compelling stories, deliver stronger demos, and close with confidence. You'll also oversee product training and qualifications, bringing these areas together into a connected, scalable learning framework that supports both internal teams and external audiences.
This is a new role, ideal for a self‑starter who enjoys building and improving programs. We're looking for someone with solid commercial awareness, proven sales enablement or training experience, and excellent stakeholder management skills—someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and knows how to make learning practical, engaging, and results‑driven.
