Job summary

Clarks Outlet in the United Kingdom is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to deliver a great consumer experience in store while meeting set targets and KPIs. You will sell shoes and accessories and assist with daily store upkeep.

You’ll keep product knowledge up to date, maintain brand standards, handle cash and stock procedures, and work a 7-day shift pattern including weekends. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in footwear retail preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work weekends and bank holidays.

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.

About the role:

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.

We’re looking for someone who will:

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
