Job summary

Clarks Outlet is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to deliver a superb consumer experience in-store while meeting set KPIs. You will promote shoes and accessories, maintain high retail standards, and support day-to-day operations.

A 4-hour shift pattern and weekend availability are required to join our team. This role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to work within a friendly, fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and team player who can learn product knowledge quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great Clarks brand experience and use technology to enhance customer interaction; keep product knowledge up to date.
• Support store KPI achievement by delivering sales at targets set by management.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards to reflect high brand quality.
• Be flexible to a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures according to company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and replenish stock as required.

About the role :

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.

We’re looking for someone who will:

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
