A great team needs a great leader and your role as a Sales Team Manager is to lead two of the most strategically important areas of our store Showrooms and TradePoint. You’ll bring together dynamic sales-focused teams and create a culture where every colleague is confident, proactive and laser-focused on fulfilling B&Q’s ambition of making every customer count. You’ll make a real difference through sales coaching and performance leadership and build a high-performing team. This role you will:
