This role involves managing and growing a sales team, overseeing major accounts, and implementing effective sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales and excellent people management skills. Location: Basildon (3 days in office per week)
Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission (OTE £200k+)

They are now looking for a senior sales professional who is ready to step into a pivotal leadership position - working directly alongside the Sales Director and helping shape the future of the sales function.
This is a newly created role that will be built around the strengths and experience of the person who joins. You'll effectively act as the Sales Director's right hand, managing day-to-day sales operations and enabling him to focus on strategic growth initiatives.
