Role Overview
  • Responsible for providing multi branded and multi‑functional support to CUK
  • Responsible for activating and initiating travel agent access to pivotal online platforms across CUK brands
  • Management of multiple inboxes, providing expert technical support to travel agents
  • Manage the onboarding process for all new travel agents, ensuring they are set up accurately and able to trade with CUK brands
  • Manage the process for rejecting new travel agent applications that do not meet the criteria to trade with CUK brands, ensuring clear communication and appropriate documentation
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to improve efficiency of processes and support with projects aligned to wider CUK and departmental objectives

Key accountabilities for Sales Support Systems Senior Advisor include:

  • Knowledge of IT packages including Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Ability to learn in‑house software packages quickly
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with our agent partners and represent Carnival UK positively
  • Eye for detail and accuracy

This role is classified as CUK12 and is available on a full time permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
