The EMEA Channel team at 1Password supports our distributors and partners with the tools, insights, and operational excellence needed to drive growth across the region. Our mission is to ensure every sales process runs smoothly and efficiently—empowering our partners and internal teams to succeed.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be the operational backbone of our channel sales motion. You’ll work closely with Channel Managers, Distributors, and Partners to deliver exceptional support, streamline processes, and help the team execute with precision. Your focus on detail and collaboration will directly contribute to the success of our EMEA Channel organization.

This is a remote opportunity within the UK.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles within a B2B or channel‑focused environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides); advanced Sheets skills are an asset.
  • Adaptability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • A proactive, detail‑oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
What You Can Expect
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Channel Managers, Distributors, and Partners, ensuring prompt, high‑quality support across all sales operations.
  • Manage dedicated sales support mailboxes, triaging and resolving incoming requests efficiently.
  • Oversee partner program operations, including applications, lead queues, and deal registrations, maintaining accuracy and timely follow‑up.
  • Support the quoting process by helping generate and validate accurate, timely quotes for partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Direct Sales and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless deal progression and process alignment.
  • Prepare and maintain QBR materials for Tier 1 Channel Partners, compiling performance data and reports.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve partner and distributor performance.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Track and manage Not‑for‑Resale (NFR) licenses as part of partner enablement operations.
