• Experience in a direct customer-facing role.
• Interest in furniture, ideally in Commercial Furniture.
• Proven experience using a CRM or similar system.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with client communications and CRM updates.
• Prepare quotations and assist the sales team with necessary documentation.
• Manage the general sales inbox and schedule appointments for account managers.
